Muscles sore from fatigue?

I have recently discovered that a cold bath (yes COLD) for about 5-10 minutes (or as long as you can last) helps reduce pain after an intense class.

2 Methods to get into the cold bath:

1. Try to sit in the tub as the water is running. Ease yourself with warm water and as you acclimatize, slowly lower the temp of the water.  When the water hits your crotch it takes a couple seconds to adjust.

2. Fill it up to the top, hop in. It takes a couple seconds to get used to the cold (and you’ll probably suffer from cold shock) but once you’re used to it, it feels oh so good.

Also, when i am a little sore before class, a hot tub does wonders for me as well.
