1. Don’t complain.
2. If you don’t know the technique don’t teach it. It sounds stupid but some people who have maybe seen or done a move once or twice automatically think they are experts.
3. When you’re training with someone else who’s learning the technique. Don’t fuck with them, don’t purposely resist cause you know you’re not committing.
4. Shut the fuck up and do what i say.
5. Don’t have to validate everything with the chief instructor. Usually the other instructors there know their shit too. And it takes a lot of time off the head instructors hands
