Low Impact Training for the Sore
Ever been so beat up and worn down from constant training?
Well lately, I have been, so in place of doing fall after fall after fall, last weekend i decided to do some low impact training with the boys. Please feel free to try these out!
Footwork: Doing the star footwork stuff really helps out with general techniques. With a solid base, you will never feel off balance again.
2/3 Speed: Doing Techniques 1/3 slower in a random fashion really beats you up less
Set-Ups: Yeah doing just a set up makes me reduces the number of times you fall.
Just remember to keep the these soft days to a minimum before you turn wussy.
